Warranty and Warranty Specialist

Your responsibilities

  • construction technical education
  • work experience in housing construction
  • ability to read construction documentation and knowledge of applicable building legislation
  • ability to work in a team, independence, accuracy, systematicity
  • driving license

Requirements

  • after-sales customer service in the field of complaints and warranty claims in the area of housing construction and supervision of the process of processing applications
  • management and supervision of repair works carried out under warranty or warranty, including, but not limited to: cooperation with the general contractor, contractors and subcontractors and supervision of work on the elimination of defects
  • contract creation and cost accounting
  • receiving, recording and processing complaints and maintaining and archiving documentation related to complaints
  • reporting and analysis of the current complaint situation
  • cooperation with the legal department in the preparation of the necessary documentation in contentious cases
  • cooperation with managers of investments put into use, participation in periodic inspections of facilities,
  • pre-acceptance inspections of apartments and buildings, as well as participation in the transfer of premises to Clients.

Nice to have

  • knowledge of English in a communicative degree
