We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team, responsible for the comprehensive management of online campaigns—from strategy and execution to analysis and optimization. If you have experience independently creating effective advertising campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads, are proficient in Google Analytics 4, automate email marketing activities, and know how to turn data into results—join us!
- Minimum of 2 years of experience running Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns on your own
- Very good knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and conversion measurement tools
- Experience in email marketing automation and building customer journeys
- Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and form/lead magnet tools
- Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions
- Practical knowledge of performance marketing and lead generation campaigns
- Ability to independently manage end-to-end digital projects
- Creativity, accuracy and goal-oriented
- Good knowledge of English (welcome)
- Planning, creating and managing advertising campaigns in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
- Set conversion goals, track results, and optimize campaigns for ROI
- Data integration and configuration of analytical tools (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads)
- Automatic sending of mailings to customers (newsletters, segmentation of databases)
- Create and implement email marketing campaigns using tools such as Mailchimp, GetResponse, HubSpot or others
- Creation of reports on marketing activities and recommendations based on data analysis, including in CRM.
- Monitoring of market trends, competition and news in digital marketing tools
- Cooperation with the team in the creation of advertising content (copy, graphics, landing pages)
- Build and segment target groups and create personalized user paths
- Implementation and testing of remarketing and retargeting strategies
- Support in the field of SEO and content marketing
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp)
- Work in a dynamic and cohesive team
